You agree to the privacy policy below, and the Privacy Policy for Substack, the technology provider.
Kingdom Code: Privacy Covenant
1. What We Collect
Email address and name (if you choose to provide them) for subscription and delivery of scrolls.
Voluntary support data (tips, mints, or contributions) processed through trusted third-party payment platforms.
Engagement signals (opens, clicks, replies) tracked only through Substack’s built-in tools to understand alignment and impact.
2. What We Don’t Collect
No surveillance.
No selling of data.
No hidden tracking outside the Substack platform.
This publication rejects Babylon’s surveillance model. Data is collected only for covenant communication, not exploitation.
3. How Data Is Used
To deliver scrolls, frameworks, and covenant updates.
To invite aligned readers into deeper covenant tiers or private access.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Email delivery, payment processing, and on-chain mints may run through external platforms (Substack, Ko-fi, Paragraph, Zora, etc.). Their policies apply to those transactions.
We choose platforms with the highest sovereignty available, but readers should discern their own engagement level.
5. Confidentiality of the Inner Circle
Subscribers approved into private covenant tiers are held to a higher standard of confidentiality. Sharing or exposing private drops without permission is a breach of trust and may result in immediate removal.
6. Children’s Privacy
This publication is not intended for children. Covenant intel is written for mature readers ready for responsibility.
7. Policy Changes
This privacy covenant may shift as the mission expands. Any updates will be announced through scrolls. Continued subscription implies agreement to the latest terms.
8. Contact
Questions can be directed through the Substack comment or reply function. Disputes are settled not by Babylon’s courts but by unsubscribing.
